Junior Hawks Wrestling

The Junior Hawks is a wrestling program for novice wrestlers between ages 5 to 14.  The Junior Hawks compete in the Northern Virginia Wrestling Federation, which is made up of 28 clubs and almost 1,400 wrestlers from Northern Virginia and D.C. 

The Junior Hawks program will teach sportsmanship, team work, discipline, and many of life's lessons.
