Coach Toshi Dezaki currently enters his sixth season as an Assistant Wrestling Coach for the Hayfield Hawks. He began his coaching career in 1995 in South Florida and has also coached in the Los Angeles area prior to his arrival at Hayfield. His teams have achieved success at various levels including District and Regional Team titles as well as District, Regional and State Champions at the individual level.

Coach Dezaki began his wrestling career in 1986. He was a former District Champion in the State of Florida. Additionally, he was a Sunshine State Games Greco-Roman Champion and Freestyle Runner-up. Coach Dezaki continued his wrestling career at the United States Military Academy at West Point where he wrestled collegiate for 2 years. He concentrated on Freestyle and Greco-Roman where he wrestled at West Point for 4 years and was Team Captain his Senior Year.

Currently, Coach Dezaki works as a litigation consultant at Navigant Consulting Inc. in Washington, D.C. He is a 1994 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Engineering. He is a Masters of Business Administration candidate at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University with an expected graduation date in 2007.
