Hayfield traveled down to Hanover High School over the weekend to compete at the 4th Annual Hawk Invitational Duals.  Hayfield was defeated by Kempsville (VA Beach) in the championship finals.  Enroute to the finals, the MatHawks won their pool with victories over Battlefield, First Colonial, Hanover, and Forest Park.

Pool A:  Hayfield, Hanover, Forest Park, Battlefield, and First Colonial.
Pool B:  Gar-Field, Lee-Davis, Stonewall Jackson, James River, and Kempsville
